CareerPoint's Mission is to develop a strong workforce system by enhancing the competitive strength of companies, improving the skills of employees and job seekers, and expanding career opportunities for citizens through economic development. We serve everyone from the ages of 14 and up.

CareerPoint offers Job Search Seminars covering topics from career exploration to job interviewing, and Computer workshops from entry level Intro to Windows to advanced level workshops like Access. Our Resource Library has information on labor market, job openings, schools and training organizations. It's fully equipped with computerized workstations, telephones, Internet access, fax machine, and a career development library and up-to-date job listings.

Customers can receive one-on-one career counseling, information, and referrals to training such as English as a Second Language, Occupational Training, GED and more. Hours of operation are Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Tuesday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
